Technical support services are provided to help the user solve specific problems with our products and free of charge—Customisation, or other IT technical and investigative support services may be provided. This service may incur a support fees. Advanced support is available by way of ongoing Support Level Agreements with and for our resellers and integrators, with a range of options available.

Being the longest standing Mobotix Partner in New Zealand since 2005, NIS is able to offer Consultative Project Management and systems design for Mobotix IP surveillance solutions. This can range from entry level assistance to specialised enterprise applications, from design concept to implementation. Estimates for this service will vary depending on the project size and requirements.
NIS can also provide On-site visits by qualified technical engineers when issues cannot be resolved remotely, and is either based on SLA terms and conditions, or charged on time in attendance.
Customised Solutions:
ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition)
This method uses optical character recognition on images to read the license plates on vehicles by software and High Resolution Cameras. ANPR can be used to store the images captured by the cameras as well as the text from the license plate. Mobile Surveillance
Customised to suit any application, from permanent outdoor parking surveillance, to easily deployed temporary situations, NIS is able to custom design and build a solution to suit. Using state of the art technology, Solar and battery back up, and if required multiple cameras for large deployment areas.
Customised Software
Depending on the complexity of the solution required, the NIS technical team is able to customise web page software to suit for viewing multiple cameras, free scale, to suit bandwidth constraints.
